WebBl2fix is exactly what it says it is it basically fixes a lot of complaints people have about bl2 such as dialogue/ cutscenes skip it removes level 80 op10 and goes back to level 72 op8 and a lot of other changes. Also, you wouldn’t have to reinstall anyway, you can just disable the mod. I'm struggling to see why this isn't working otherwise. It might even be worth deleting the files related to BL2Fix and just reinstalling it again via its installer. You can leave it default Level 80 / OP 10 if you wish. The only thing wrong with OP10 is that a few raid bosses have 2x the intended HP values.
