I've got 6 VoG clears and I've seen it drop twice. (~1/18) I have 100 DSC clears and I think I saw eyes drop three times. (~1/200) Obviously those are anecdotal numbers, not actual drop rates. Running multiple characters of the same class probably does hurt your chances.
