WebOct 6, 2024 · Someone would have to spend a lottttt of hours on a cub to wear out a new clutch disc in 4 years with that 12 horse motor. Problem likely elsewhere. Look at linkage or throwout bearing thru the access hole in the bottom of the clutch housing. WebMay 29, 2011 · My cub will get stuck in gear on occasion. Take off the top cover of the gear shift. Take a large screwdriver. Align the forks in the middle or natural position, and put the gear shift cover back on and you’re good to go. However, if your tractor moves even with the clutch in, you have bigger problems.
