As for why they haven't it varies. We tested it on our settups, we have 4 identical computers which maks for pretty goo bug testing on things like this. WebTurns out if I reduce the number of vehicle mods I have installed the game loads. When the mod count is higher than 6 mods it has infinite loading screen. I tried changing the gameconfig.xml and the one you can download in 5mods doesn't do anything, the vanilla one makes the game crash obviously. I tried reinstalling the game.
